John Fisher, 66, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at McCall Hospice House. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Leroy Davis and Queen Fisher Davis. He was raised by his grandmother, the late, Rosa Fisher. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He graduated from Sterling High School.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ledger Davis.
Survivors: daughter, Gloria (Horace) Wardlaw of Charlotte, NC; Aydain Fisher of Greenville; five sisters, Janice Bakari and Betty Davis, both of Baltimore, MD, Clara Davis, Bessie Davis, and Sandra (Sloan) Davis-Sitton of Greenville; brother, James (Violet) Davis of Austell, GA; grandson, Horace Jamari Wardlaw of Charlotte, NC; a beloved girlfriend, Shirley Walker of Greenville.

Funeral Service: Thursday, 12:00 Noon at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial in MJ Dolly Cooper VA Cemetery.
