It had nothing to do with politics. The mental institution she was maintained at had closed due to ther state cutting off the funds. The welfare office is and hour drive from where she lives and is only opened every other Thursday. She has no car, no money festering sores all over her legs from sleeping near a marsh and being bitten all night by bugs. She just wanted a few dollars so she could eat that night. The only person she saw in the parking lot that looked like he had any money was that guy.
